The last two podcasts have had some really interesting points. Last time, the speaker spoke about the importance of killing projects not worth doing. This time, we heard about the importance of the product instead of the project. Both of these are things that project teams, companies and other organizations tend to forget. It’s great to have the reminder. These are valuable lessons for any organization and something that I hope gets taught more.
Absolutely right, Dave. Understanding where to focus your time and what’s valuable vs. what’s not is critical to project teams. It’s great to have thought leaders like Ellen and Bob spending their time sharing their approach to help BAs and project teams.
